Let’s face it; all dogs have an off day now and then. Perhaps by chewing on your favorite pillow. Or by barking and scaring the heck out of you at 4 a.m. Or maybe even by eating your lunch.
However, few dogs misbehave as hilariously as Judy and Sunny. And somehow they manage to look cute while doing it. These two balls of fluff have that whole poker face thing down pat, Rumble notes. Dogs are well-versed in the art of looking innocent when they’ve committed a canine crime.
And Sunny and Judy are experts, let me tell you.
The whole thing starts out innocently enough when their mom discovers one of the dogs has pooped in the kitchen. Mom is not particularly thrilled with whichever dog who committed this big bad, naughty no-no, so she asks them directly who did the dirty deed.
Now, of course, we can’t know what dogs think, but it sure looks as if at least one of the portable pooches understands the question. Sunny’s eyes widen as if to say “uh-oh,” and big sister Judy does what any big sister will do. Which is to rat her out in hilarious fashion. And all the while wearing a cute little bright-eyed and yet deadpan expression.
Because Dogs Will Be Dogs
The video only lasts about eight seconds, but admittedly, it’s a funny eight seconds.
And little Judy is apparently a smart little cookie. Her mom takes her to AKC dog shows and has enrolled her in canine freestyle training. I didn’t even know there was such a thing, but apparently, it’s choreographed dancing for you and your dog. Guess you really do learn something new every day. With all that training, it’s easy to see why Judy talented in looking innocent.
However, one of the most delightful things about dogs is their ability to learn. They are almost human in that department, and perhaps that’s one reason we love them so much. ScienceDaily reports that in human years, a dog’s intelligence ranks right up there with a two-and-a-half-year-old child. They are smart enough to trick other dogs…and you, for that matter.
And they are so danged cute when they do it!
